We have come a long way to get to where we are today. After living in the United States for over 15 years, and with the support of my family and our experience in the restaurant business, we established our first Thai restaurant in Irving many years ago. Our team worked hard to offer a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes at that location, and we learned a lot through our tireless efforts and the support of our customers. However, we faced some challenges with visibility and a highly competitive area, so we searched for a new location where we could bring our unique recipes to a local area with less competition. Finally, we found the perfect location here in Aubrey, and we owe a special thanks to my beloved sister Amy, my family, and our long-time friends Amy and Minnie for helping us with our settlement.

At Fresh Thai, we've carefully selected all the dishes from our old menu and created a new one that we hope will impress our valued customers. Our new menu features a mix of authentic and creatively modified Thai recipes. We encourage you to try a variety of dishes, but we're always happy to serve your favorites too.
